Our mission at CareLink Nursing Services is to provide
the kind of care we would want for our own family.
Serving the Northwest Ohio area, CareLink Nursing Services in Toledo, Ohio offers qualified, experienced, and educated in-home health care services for your loved one.
We are a locally-owned home health care company that offers in-home nursing services, in-home therapy services, and home health aide services.
Who Needs In-Home Therapy?
Anyone whose medical treatment includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy.
Staying at home eases the burden of travel time, transportation to and from appointments, rearranging your schedule to fit the therapy center’s hours, and can shorten or eliminate hospital stays.
What Our Nurses Provide At CareLink
CareLink Nursing Services’ in-home nursing staff of RNs and LPNs provide custom care plans and work with families to develop the proper course of in-home care for our patients.
Our home health nurses are licensed and certified, members of professional state and local organizations, and receive continuing education.
Home Health Aides
Our home health aides are an important part of any patient’s care plan, and are under direct supervision of both a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
CareLink Nursing Services establishes a written care plan for each patient upon admission that is created with the patient, their family, and the in-home health nurse. Each in-home health aide who is a part of your loved one’s care plan is carefully screened and bonded, drug and background screened, as well as educated with monthly in-services.
